Adriena Clifton

Attorney & Founder

Adriena Clifton

Adriena Clifton founded Clifton Law PLLC on a simple conviction—that strong legal representation should be accessible, transparent, and human. She built the firm to serve individuals, homeowners, tenants, and small businesses who need a steady hand and a clear voice in their corner, with a practice spanning litigation and negotiation across landlord-tenant disputes, HOA conflicts, real estate matters, and business counsel.

Before launching Clifton Law, Adriena litigated construction defect and boundary disputes at Carney Badley Spellman PS, then moved to Helsell Fetterman LLP, where she handled civil matters with a focus on business and real estate. She graduated cum laude from the Seattle University School of Law and earned multiple CALI Excellence for the Future Awards, recognizing the highest achievement in courses including Business Entities and the Defender Clinic.

Adriena is known for a strategic, chess-like approach: she lays out the realistic outcomes, explains the trade-offs, and helps clients choose the path that actually fits their goals. Clients consistently point to her responsiveness, her ability to cut through legal noise, and the calm she brings to high-stakes moments—leaving every client more informed, more protected, and more in control than when they walked in.
